Dietetic Consultation
At the first consultation, we determine the patient’s nutritional status, body composition (if requested, using Inbody analysis), and dietary habits, which serve as the basis for personalized assistance. To ensure effective individual therapy, successful lifestyle changes, and the management or treatment of specific diseases, follow-ups through additional sessions are considered essential. During these control sessions, information from the previous visit is refreshed, new questions can be addressed, and through repeat body composition assessments and food diary analysis, any possible shortcomings or challenges can be identified.
Meal Planning
If there is a need for meal planning, it is possible to receive a personalized meal plan for one or ten days. To use this service, a prior in-person consultation is required, as getting to know the patient (preferred foods, disliked foods, problematic foods, shopping habits, etc.) is essential for crafting a customized menu.
Body Composition Measurement
Body composition measurement with an InBody device is a quick, painless examination lasting just a few minutes, which shows the proportion of muscle, fat, and water in your body weight. The patient stands barefoot on the device's platform, holds the hand electrodes, and the machine sends a very weak electrical signal through the body. The current passes through fat tissue and muscle tissue differently, allowing the device to calculate the amount of each component. The results show, among other things, total body fat, skeletal muscle mass, visceral fat, and body water distribution. The data obtained helps in personalizing nutrition and exercise programs, as well as objectively tracking changes over time.
