Blood count examinations assess the cellular elements (hematocrit, hemoglobin, erythrocyte sedimentation rate). This test provides important information about pathological changes in the body. Various types of white blood cells are analyzed (segmented neutrophils, lymphocytes, eosinophils, basophils, monocytes).
Ion analysis reflects the status of the body's water and salt balance.
Liver enzymes (ALAT, SGOT, SGPT, alkaline phosphatase, acid phosphatase, LDH) provide information about liver function disorders. Other important substances in the blood—such as uric acid, lipids, albumin, globulin, bilirubin, CN, and blood sugar—are also analyzed for useful insights into bodily processes.
