Appointment Booking
Patients are welcome for medical examinations or treatments at times agreed by phone, online, or in person. Mutual punctuality is aimed to avoid waiting. If you are unable to attend a pre-booked appointment, please notify the clinic 24 hours in advance. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, the patient is responsible for the cost of the cancelled service. For pre-booked treatments, prepayment for one session is required.
Passes
Therapy passes are available for purchase. 5-session physiotherapy passes must be used within 2 months, and 10-session passes within 4 months. Payment can be made in cash or by bank card, handled at reception. The current price list is available at reception or on the 'Prices' page. If you have a health insurance membership and wish to use your benefits, please inform reception in advance.
Examinations and Fees
The fee for the first medical consultation includes recording the medical history, physical examination, organization of necessary tests, and therapeutic recommendations. The first visit fee is charged per specialty (e.g., rheumatology, cardiology, orthopedics, etc.), and also if more than 6 months have passed since the last medical examination. A follow-up examination includes further evaluation and treatment of previously identified problems, notes changes in condition, and provides additional testing and treatment recommendations. Fees for interventions performed during both initial and follow-up examinations are charged in addition to the consultation fee.
Blood Sampling and ECG
Blood collection for laboratory tests is performed at the clinic by appointment. ECG examination is also available.
Changing Room and Shower
Patients may store their clothes in the changing room. After the treatment, showers are available in the adjoining bathroom. Please bring your own towel. It is recommended to wear a T-shirt, shorts, or possibly a swimsuit for the treatment; sports shoes are not necessary.
Physiotherapy
The physiotherapy fee includes patient assessment, treatment, and advice. For any further questions, the receptionist or any staff member is happy to assist. The treatment time includes documentation and room preparation.
